I’m Mia Wexford, an Australian IT professional passionate about cybersecurity, digital privacy, and VPN technology. I graduated from the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) with a degree in Information Technology, where I developed a strong foundation in network systems and secure computing. Since then, I’ve built over fifteen years of hands-on experience in IT security, combining technical expertise with practical problem-solving.

Professional Experience:

• 2008–2012: Network Administrator and Security Analyst at a leading Australian telecommunications company. Here, I gained deep insight into ISP operations, data protection challenges, and large-scale network security practices.

• 2012–2016: IT Security Consultant for small and medium businesses in Melbourne. I implemented security systems, performed vulnerability assessments, and trained teams to maintain secure operations.

• 2016–Present: Independent Security Consultant and Educator specialising in VPN technologies and privacy solutions for individuals, families, and small organisations. I conduct consultations, security audits, and educational workshops, while continuously researching new threats and developing protective strategies.
